1. Service Cancellation and Rescheduling
At Kharyz, we understand that schedules can change. We strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining the integrity of our business and respecting our organizers' time. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:
1.1 Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or credit toward future services.
- 24-48 hours notice: 75% refund or full credit toward future services.
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund or 75% credit toward future services.
- No-show: No refund will be issued. Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
1.2 Rescheduling Policy
- More than 48 hours notice: No fee for rescheduling.
- 24-48 hours notice: $25 rescheduling fee.
- Less than 24 hours notice: $50 rescheduling fee.

2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction with our organizing services is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please let us know immediately so that we can address your concerns.
2.1 During the Service
If at any point during the service you are not satisfied with the direction or progress, please notify your organizer immediately. We will do our best to address your concerns and adjust our approach to better meet your needs.
2.2 After the Service
If after your organizing session you are not completely satisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days. We will schedule a follow-up session (up to 1 hour) at no additional cost to make adjustments and ensure your satisfaction.
Please note that our guarantee applies to the quality of our organization services and not to client preferences that may change after the service is completed.
3. Product Returns (Organizing Products)
While our primary focus is providing organization services, in some cases we may recommend or supply organizing products for your project. For any physical products purchased through us:
3.1 Unopened Products
- Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Original receipt is required for all returns.
- Products must be in original packaging and in sellable condition.
- A full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
3.2 Opened Products
- Products that have been opened may be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Customized or special order items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
3.3 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
4. Gift Cards and Packages
Gift cards and pre-paid service packages are non-refundable but are transferable. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
5. Modifications to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
